Work's in progress on highway 14 from Viroqua to Westby( 8 miles) changing it from two lanes to four lanes. Vernon County and the state of Wis. contribute a smaller portion than the US govt. which funds the majority. Straight stretch, no hills going from rural VRQ(pop.4400) to Westby (pop.2045). No industry save the Westby Creamery.No commute to a large city ( Lacrosse 35 minutes away) Another boondoggle wasting tax dollars?

Gavrillo.... wow... I need to get back over that way... I played some football games in HS in Viroqua, Richland Center.... went to the Ski jump thingee in Westby a few times......
