Tell me why?

Sometimes someone somewhere says something.... and you have a song in your head for the day.

Sailing heart-ships thru broken harbors
Out on the waves in the night
Still the searcher must ride the dark horse
Racing alone in his fright.

Tell me why, tell me why
Is it hard to make arrangements with yourself,
When your old enough to repay but young enough to sell?

Tell me lies later, come and see me
I'll be around for a while.
I am lonely but you can free me
All in the way that you smile

Tell me why, tell me why
Is it hard to make arrangements with yourself,
When your old enough to repay but young enough to sell?

Tell me why, tell me why
Tell me why, tell me why

Oh, how many times did I listen to this album growing up? It's one of my favorites by him. Excellent!

Love Neil Young. :)
His stuff is so .... messy and I'm really glad he didn't clean it up.
Know what I mean?

I like that you have Canadian music stuck in your head. That's cool. :D

I still need to know who wrote the book of love.

Thank you for earliest response.

Libs.... still a great album.
Sunshine...Candadians can sing, eh!
Randal...oh, you could, if you tried.
Susan.... Erich Segal, 1970. "Love Story" (still makes me puke) or

"The Book of Love" The Monotones. Written by three members of the group, Warren Davis, George Malone and Charles Patrick.

Course, I wrote one too....but it was more science fiction.
