Paul Cebar and the Milwaukeeans - Watching You Love
So that's how your Wisconsinites are. Worse than Hollywood!
Tom Waits - Old 55
very cool dude!
Randal, C'mon... the Milwaukeeans used to be my favorite bar band.... kinda funky, NO swing, rock. Besides, ya gotzta love anyone ballsy enough to name a band, 'Milwaukeeans', right?
Lib... I have had a thing about Tom Waits for years..... I wanna scratchy gravely voice, too....oozing bourbon and smoke.
Max is doing a live radio remote somwhere on campus tonight. Trying to decide if I have enough energy to see him live or just listen on the radio. I think I want to truck down and see him.... the guy is such a ham.
Later.
NO swing at all, or New Orleans swing? The lingo of you youngins is lost on me.
Hey, whatever happened to that script you guys were supposed to work on? You gotta get that on the air so we can listen!
Oh hell, I'm loaded... I don't have an Ipod or a Blackberry...
As for favorites.
Miles Davis
Derrick carter
Jimi Hendrix
Smash Mouth...
to name a few..
Hey, okjimm! I have Miles Davis - Pharaoh's Dance on my Ipod, too! Yikes! I thought I was the only one who really got into Miles Davis. Great minds...and all that.
I love John Hiatt. Great list.
Many people like Miles Davis until they've listened to his "Bitch's Brew series"..
