always expect the unexpected. That way when evil shit happens it won't be such a big surprise.

short and brief... have a good day
I gotz nothing but a song. The days are progressively moving to the dark dark dark .... time to reflect on stuff.... like how it is much more difficult to put on boots than sandals....stuff like that....
Oooooh. Good tree with spidey limbs. When the leaves dropped on our tree out front, I found 3 hummingbird nests. No wonder the little moochers were drinking so much.
Get some Red Wing boots, bub. This is farmer advice. They're sturdy and worth it, if you can afford the outrageous price tag. They have hooks for the top 3 eyelets, so I can bend over without losing breakfast to "git r'done and get out the door. Some free advice on a 20 degree mornnin' when snowflakes are falling down like feathers from the down comforter upstairs.
Susan...very understood. I must be getting old..looking forward to spring before winter sets in
Barb...welcome to my corer.. :) stop anytime!
Nonnie... I am ready for heat and humidity...NOW!
G'RILLO... HA! FUNNY YOU SHOULD MENTION Red Wing Boots.. friend just gave me a pair ... can't wear them he said, bunions... when he gave them to me a month ago...I was shocked to find they were BRAND NEW!! He's a wealthy developer, more money than he can shake a stick at. Currently worked some mink oil into them and am breaking them in. Course now I have to buy him a beer everytime I see him... still cheap by any reckoning.

Every day we can go for a walk without having to lace up a heavy pair of boots is a good day.

living in the land of heat and humidity, it's a treat to have to find a sweater and some warm socks once in a while.
