Today we take him to Milwaukee for his flight back to Portland. I miss him already.
So the years spin by and now the boy is twenty
Though his dreams have lost some grandeur coming true
There'll be new dreams, maybe better dreams and plenty
Before the last revolving year is through.

We had a burger stand that looked just like Ardy&Ed's in my hometown, that is until McDonald's opened up and ran it and several other independent places out of business.
Sue....he is really a great kid... with the miracle of cel-networks, we talk constantly.
Dear Bum...Ardy&Ed's has been there since 1943 and run by the same family since 1957... car hops on roller skates... and one of the best burgers around town.
The boy is one good looking guy! Glad you enjoyed your time together with him!

i know it's difficult to say goodbye, even for a while, but take heart in that he still wants to take his dad out for a burger.
