Smoke and Mirrors

The longer the State Democratic Senators stay out the longer more truth of Scott's Walkers Budget REPAIR  comes to light..... one provision.....

16.896 Sale or contractual operation of state-owned heating, cooling, and power plants. (1) Notwithstanding ss. 13.48 (14) (am) and 16.705 (1), the department may sell any state-owned heating, cooling, and power plant or may contract with a private entity for the operation of any such plant, with or without solicitation of bids, for any amount that the department determines to be in the best interest of the state. Notwithstanding ss. 196.49 and 196.80, no approval or certification of the public service commission is necessary for a public utility to purchase, or contract for the operation of, such a plant, and any such purchase is considered to be in the public interest and to comply with the criteria for certification of a project under s. 196.49 (3) (b).
.... in essence this allows Walker. WITH NO BIDS, to sell State owned power plants at a price his flunkys set.!!!

......Walker first wants to bust the Unions, the opposition Democrats political base...then he wants the power to sell,,,,, WITH no oversight, Wisconsin  assets!!!!!

WALKER'S  SECOND LARGEST  CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTOR WAS THE KOCH BROTHERS'S AMERICA'S SECOND LARGEST CONGLOMERATE...... HEAVILY INVOLVED IN ENERGY PRODUCTION!!!  Koch industries have a strong presence in Wisconsin.

the more ya know the scarier it gets! Thanks for standing with me on my blogpost. I was afraid I sounded much too radical for even the liberal visitors, but decided it was the truth and people need to wake up and smell the stench, the rethuglican party...

Yeah, I caught this on a Maine website last night. Classic. Get em fired up over something else and sneak through what you were really after, lining the back room supporter's pocket.

what is really scary is the proviso that allows the sale 'without bids at price deemed fair'. there is no oversight other than what would be provided by Republican politicians. Once enacted, it easy enough to add a rider to the clause allowing for sale of state forest and park lands. those amendments would easily pass by a republican majority.

Koch industries are heavy on energy production and paper production. Walker received a tremendous amount of money both directly from Koch brothers and through their numerous special interest clubs and groups.

Walker is a vile man with an ego blinding his reason. I hope he's impeached. It's hard to believe this is happening in Wisconsin.

recall takes at least a year. for impeachment..gross crime or conduct. Hopefully someone can find 'kiddie porn' on his office computer.
