Swimming lessons

O Captain, my Captain! our fearful trip is done,
The ship has weathered every rack, the prize we sought is won,
The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring;
But O heart! heart! heart!
O the bleeding drops of red,
Where on the deck my Captain lies,
Fallen cold and dead.

But it's been a tough few weeks..... and I am still afloat.... kinda sorta.
It's just that really sinking is not an option............ I owe Billy Lang twenty bucks and he will not let me drown until I pay up!

I wondered if you got trampled in a shamrock parade, drunk and disorderly, dumped in the pokey. Glad you're safe, sort of.

So tell us dear, what's up or down? Don't you dear drown. You owe me fifty bucks, remember? Remember that time I bailed you out? Remember, dammit!

While you are at it, you certainly must owe me some money.

Have you thought about going into the shark meat business? Plenty of CEO types that are ripe for the abattoir, n'est-ce pas?

Sometimes you can't help but sink. The question is whether you allow the undertow to overcome your instinct to float and swim.
